GETTING READY FOR A MEETING
You are more than welcome to come to any of our showrooms for a preliminary visit at any time, however to get the most out of it, we do recommend you make an appointment with a designer at one of our showrooms for a detailed demonstration of the product and discussion of our project.
It is crutial that you bring along the kitchen plan.
Please bring other elements/information relevant to the conception of your new kitchen. For instance a predefined list of appliances, if you have one.
In order for us to put together a design proposal for you, we ask for a dimensional plan of your space and as much information as possible will be taken to establish your individual requirements for the space in terms of function, aesthetics and budget.
During a second meeting, your appointed designer will present our design for your kitchen with drawings and a guide quotation. With a detailed explanation and discussion of the layout you will gain a clear understanding of our ideas and recommendations.
Delivery of a LEICHT kitchen/items comes to our warehouse in approximately 12 weeks from order; however, there may be some seasonal variations.
We aim to have everything in place to arrive on the designated day to begin installation. An installation date is mutually agreed and continued liaison between our team and your contractors monitors the condition and progress of the site. The actual installation on site is likely to take between 5-7 days depending on the size and the nature of the project.
No, we only offer a dry installation service.
ABOUT LEICHT
In Germany, in Waldstetten on the edge of the picturesque Ostalb area of southern Germany.
LEICHT is one of the top 10 in the German kitchen industry with an annual turnover of 140 million euros. In a survey carried out in 2015 by market research institute GfK, LEICHT was cited as the “best sold premium brand in Germany”. After 2015, in 2017 LEICHT was again the only manufacturer of kitchens to be awarded the accolade “the most innovative brand of the year” – this is the greatest distinction of the Plus X Award.
LEICHT has developed from a Swabian manufacturer of quality goods into a brand coveted all over the world and currently exported to 55 countries. The company founded as a carpenter’s workshop in 1928 by the brothers Alois and Josef Leicht has come a long way since then and is now leaving its mark on the modern kitchen architecture of the twenty-first century.
Situated in Waldstetten on the edge of the picturesque Ostalb area of southern Germany, LEICHT, with its 600 employees, designs and produces functional kitchens, on site and thus entirely in Germany, in a timeless design with international appeal and an unmistakable style.
LEICHT kitchens are used by leading architects and planners all over the world in international, seminal architecture. This is documented in the publication “Architecture+Kitchen”, now in its third edition.
A milestone in the company’s history was the opening of the LEICHT | World in October 2014 at the company’s HQ in a kitchen exhibition area covering 1500 square metres with show kitchen and roof terrace. LEICHT sees itself as a partner – from individual kitchen design to complete assembly – and provides a comprehensive advisory service in the LEICHT | WELT.
